RKC Commercial Cleaning strives to offer our clients the best value for their cleaning dollar in comparison to our competitors. In order to do so, we have the following polices and ask that every residential customer review and respect our company policies as stated below :
We have a NO PAY / NO CLEAN Policy. Payment is expected in FULL the day of your cleaning, PRIOR to your cleaning. For your convenience, we will provide a full walk through prior to service to provide you with an exact rate. You are entitled to a no-hassle buying experience. We accept CASH, MONEY ORDERS, CASH APP, & APPLE PAY only. Please make money orders payable to RKC Commercial Cleaning or Aarion Smith.
We love them, however, we do ask that you let us know in advance to ensure requests will be fulfilled. Any additional services not included in initial quote will also be billed.
Last minute cancellations can wreck havoc on our scheduling, causing both our staff and other customers great distress. You may reschedule or cancel any of your cleanings, however, we do ask for a 24-hour notice of these actions. Cancellations (for any reason) happening with less than a 24-hour notice will not be able to reschedule or book services in the future. All cancellations must be made by calling or texting owner at (334) 296-7850. We make the same promise to you! If for any reason we have to cancel your cleaning, we will reschedule and provide you with a discounted rate of 20%.
We need to be able to work freely and without distractions. Every effort is made to work safely and cautiously, but we can not assume liability for the safety of others while cleaning your home. This includes children and pets. Please note that we DO NOT clean up after pets. Be advised that if we are subject to distractions that affect our ability to work in our normal fashion or speed, we reserve the right to charge for our extra time spent in the home. If for any reason our staff feels that their personal safety is in danger enough to leave the job site, you will still be held liable for the full cost of the job.
***Although we are professionals, we are not miracle workers. Sometimes we are called in too late to correct damage that is already done to some surfaces, or other items may take a couple cleanings to look their very best. Please remove any items you do not want touched. Please be advised that we limit our liability for damage or loss of items that are not secured properly prior to our cleaning. In cases of extremely cluttered areas, we reserve the right to use our prerogative to skip those areas in order to avoid damaging items or hurting ourselves.
